We ship the same day you place your order absolutely Free. After the verification of your payment we will then start the fulfillment process.

If you're located outside of the USA please be advice that in different countries the delivery courier will mark an item delivered, if so contact your local postal service. Your local postal service will sometimes not deliver all the way to your home. If its been more than 20 days since you placed you order and still haven't received your Alcon, or you received in email from us saying the item was undeliverable please contact your local USPS facility, more than likely it's there waiting for you!

Please note estimate delivery times are an approximation it could take longer than what is stated. Please note international shipments are not labeled duties paid. They may require additional Customs charges such as taxes and duties. These fees are charged by the receiving government office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Parcels may experience additional delays when being processed through Customs. 

If any issues come up regarding the shipment of your order, please shoot an email over to shop@alconwatches.com and we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, Alcon is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the United States Postal Service or your local courier to monitor the delivery of your purchase if any issues arise. We'll help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but unfortunately we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully and we physically have the item. Please note, our free shipping speed is fulfilled via USPS First Class which does not require a signature. 

Returns Policy

In the rare case that you are not completely satisfied with your item you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of making the purchase.

To be entitled for a return, returned items must be new and unused.  Item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received. We also require the original proof of purchase in order to qualify for a return. Exchanges will only occur if the product you received was defective or damaged. This claim must be done within 24 hours of receiving the product. 

Once The A Team receives your returned item, a full product inspection will be conducted. If the item meets all of our criteria and guidelines then the refund process will begin. Please allow a few days for the inspection process to be completed. Refunds will be to the original payment source. 

If the item purchased was on sale unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange the item. After the 14 days have gone by since the purchase day of your item, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Alcon products have a 24 Month Warranty that covers defects for 2 year after the original purchase date. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might have caused to your watch on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.

To return a product, simply contact us at shop@alconwatches.com and we will be more than happy to take care of you. It is your responsibility to pay for your own shipping cost and the shipping cost are non-refundable. We highly recommend that you  use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and be able to refund your money or make an exchange. Alcon is not responsible for anything that happens to the item if/when it's being returned to us. In the case that your package was left at the USPS without being picked up for the reason that it was undeliverable to your address or you were not there to accept the package (or any other specific reason that the country you're located in couldn't make the delivery) you won't qualify for a return.
